    Made a purchase with KidKraft on 5/11/23 for my daughters 5th birthday, at that time it indicated there were only 2 left in stock. Sale went through, money was taken from our account. Then the order sat processing for a week, I emailed and called during that time because I wanted to make sure we would get in time for her birthday and if there was an issue that I would have time to get something else. Their customer service is terrible... and you're lucky to get a response. I called on 5/18 because it still hadn't shipped and was showing out of stock online, when I got a call back (hours later) the customer service rep I spoke with assured me that my order was approved and had gone through and it should be shipping anytime. 5/19 I get an email that my order has been cancelled and refunded, but they offered a $50 off coupon code for my inconvenience. That was the set we wanted and were assured we would get it, and with over a week having passed $50 wasn't really going to cut it. But I gave it a try anyway... what do you know... the $50 off code they gave didn't even work. Don't waste your money with these people... We ordered from Backyard Discovery instead.

    We bought the Cedar Summit by KidKraft Hilltop Playset for our 4 boys. We’ve only had it a couple years. It never gets full sun it’s completely shaded. The slides are discolored, the wood is literally falling apart and off, the tube slide completely fell apart when my 6 year old went down it. Thank gosh he wasn’t hurt. I called kidkraft and waited on the phone for 40 minutes before a man named Bradley answered. I told him I’d like to know how much a new tube slide would cost. He asked for my email so he could send me a link to file a replacement part form. He rushed me before I could ask anymore questions and then we were disconnected. I immediately emailed him back with all the information he needed and I’ve yet to hear back.I’ve emailed 3 more times since. I called today and waited an hour and a half with no luck of speaking with anyone. Absolutely ridiculous it takes this much effort to get a quote on a dang slide I’m willing to pay for if I just knew what it would cost. I hate that we spent so much time putting this together and so much money on something my kids can’t even use. I would really appreciate KidKraft reaching out to me so I can get what I need to get a new tube slide.
