      Terrible experience. We were asked by our contractor to go to the ********** location to pick out countertops. We were met by a woman claiming to be the manager and only person available to help us who was filled with anxiety and unprofessionalism. We explained what we were looking for and she was refusing to allow us to view any samples until we gave her the name of the fabricator. Well that led to her having a breakdown, shaking, and refusing to let us work with anyone else in the building. I looked at my wife and said lets go to ****** to find a different place when the manager chimed in umm we own that one too. She asked us to leave and then changed her mind and then being the gatekeeper of the showroom opened the door and left us in the warehouse alone as she got on the phone and continued talk about us. We spent 15 minutes unattended and decided to leave due to lack of help, the hostility, and zero guidance.
