    It is very unfortunate to me that this company has so many negative reviews. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them and I have NEVER had a problem. They are always so nice and willing to work with me when I need an extension on my payment. In 7 years Ive been dealing with them, my cars have NEVER been shut off. Traded in a car and they gave me higher than the trade in value so I wouldnt be upside down. I will keep getting my cars from them as long as I continue to have pleasant experiences with them. Sounds a lot like people were unable to make their payments. And neglected to communicate that, and thats why the reviews are negative. I have NEVER had an issue getting an extension.

    this is the absolute worse crooks in business in *****. i paid my vehicle off and they came and stole it right out of my driveway. they gave a bogus contract without full disclosure and i put **** dollars down with is 100 % illegal in any consumer credit transaction. I'll see you in court since Im suing them for $30,000. They should not be allowed to conduct business at all and neither should Neighborhood Auto. You all are thieves and your days are numbered. I can assure you of that. I expect my payment in full times 2 for all of the damages and losses due to your disgusting and evil and unethical business practices.

    We ve bought multiple cars from them an the customer service has always been horrible. ******* is the worst. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

    Do not buy a car from these people. They horrible to deal with. Who ever heard some one making you get a 250 deductible on your car. The car they sold me was a piece of c*** from the get go. DO NOT buy from them they will s**** you any way they can.
