    I bought my house in Jan 2021. I had the septic cleaned when we moved in and had all lateral lines replaced. hired Taylor septic to clean out our 2 500 gallon tanks. On Friday December 16th they came out and supposedly cleaned out our system. I was home the entire time. It took the guy 30 minutes to clean it out. Well less than 6 months later (May 4th 2023) our toilets started to back up. I called Taylors and the lady said it was impossible for us to have filled our tanks up, a family of 4 would take at least 2-3 years to do so. She advised us to have a plumber come out. The plumber we hired came immediately and said he was going to check the septic then move to the pipes to see if we had any blockage. As soon as he lifted the septic tank lid it was completely full. He said that was our problem. I let him know that we had it pumped in December. He said they didnt clean it out all the way or even halfway for it to be full again.When I called Taylors and let her know what was going on she said she could send someone out the following Monday at full charge. I explained to her we just paid $450 in December and the job wasnt completed. How was she going to charge me again even if it was their mistake. She rudely said thats all she could do. When I told her that was not ok, she proceeded to tell me that I probably had something wrong with our lateral lines I told her we had them all replaced then she said it could be a running water leak. I told her no we would have noticed if we had a continuous running water. She again stated thats all she could do for me. I now had to find another company to come out in an emergency service since we can not use any of our bathrooms. Taylor septic is very rude and unprofessional, they do not stand by their service.

    I have attached an explanation of the services performed and hopefully a clear explanation of all the components involved of why tanks can fill back up. I hope this will help to clear up any confusion on why tanks can fill up again. I am confident that the service was performed to the best of our abilities.  

     

    Recommendation: We recommend having a licensed septic installer come and make a site evaluation, soil sample and see if they can determine why the tanks are staying full.

    We did have another septic company come out and empty out our tanks and he check to see if there was anything wrong with our tanks. He said everything looked as it should and he made sure to explain everything to us that he was doing and show us the cleaned out tanks. Id appreciate a full refund as the service your company provided was done incorrectly
