    Dishonest They inspected my HVAC for a prospective homebuyer. I was immediately skeptical of the inspection report stating parts had to be replaced that were replaced only a month earlier. They quoted either $4979-$7685 to replace almost every part on two 4 year old units without any evidence of a problem. High ceilings in a 105 degree afternoon will tend to run an upstairs zone a little warmer. It doesn't mean the entire system has to be replaced. I brought in a professional to inspect and service my 2 units, only explaining I was selling the house and I wanted to ensure there were no HVAC problems. They serviced and gave it a clean bill of health for $265.I suppose if you're a buyer that wants to inflate a concession these guys are good to fat finger an estimate. Otherwise I would not recommend.

    I need to know who is this customer. I don't remember this one . If it was new way would they call us . And for inspection  usually we go by the inspection report to check the system . Hope this customer could have  call . Because when we checked we do sub cooling , amp reading , we try to do a honest report and we try to show evidence .

They are professional, punctual, and get the job done quickly and effectively! He has competitive pricing and his staff is clean and kind. I can't recommend Rol-Air enough!

    Professional and responsive to his customers. Installed two AC Systems in my house and saved me a ton of money. I've referred him to others and they had similar experiences. For a small company he is very competitive.
