    After watching a live promotional ************** I completed a purchase on the website********
    I purchased a piece of equipment to be used with my television, for accessing a multitude of services. The item is called the Qux TV Box.
    I paid $149.99 plus shipping, totaling $158.74 by credit card.
    My order number is #114, made on December 15, 2021.
    My contact information has remained current since the purchase.
    I was aware that the shipment would be delayed since it was a new product. I expected something around spring, at the latest. Emails came out indicating that the orders were filled, but I had not gotten mine yet. I emailed multiple times, and also called the main number - No responses to any of my correspondence attempts. I also referred family to purchases the same product - they have not received the item either. We do live on the island of Molokai, in Hawaii, which might be cause for a shipping problem - but we cannot be certain since there hasn't been any contact.
    I never received a shipping number, which is why I'm reaching out with this complaint.
