      If you're the owner of Brooks pest control , This is a MUST READ I appreciate the approach of the company on using plant based derived agents to control pest. If it is real , it's safe for both human and the earth, good for you! *** the technician was very nice and helpful and the one star goes to him! Unfortunately the company runs a shady business. The salesman approached me at my home to clean spider webs and offer a pest spray for $125. I'm very aware of chemicals use around my house, he said it was plant based and safe for children and pet so I said yes. Afterward he asked me to sign for the service. I specially asked that if this was a one time deal and I didn't need any more services . He said yes just sign to acknowledge that they did the service and I can cancel anytime. Well he lied and not being honest about what he made me signed. ***** on me from believing his words. I said it many times during our interaction that I just wanted to this one time service. He said it was not problem. If I had known or he had said that the paper I signed was for a year contract I committed to it and I have to pay a cancellation fee, I wouldn't have signed it. 1. He didn't tell me that was a year contract to have the service every other month for $125 each time and if I cancel I have to pay $225 2. They text you when they're coming and you have to get on a call to cancel or reschedule. 3. I spoke to an account manager ****** twice trying to cancel I don't need to and I don't have problem with bugs. he said if I cancelled I have to pay $225 because I signed a year contract 4. We paid for the cancellation fee because we didn't want to deal with them anymore. This is a bad business practice and a scam. No one should ever use their service. The salesman just tricked people to sign contracts without any true information. Stay away from them!!
