    In September 2024, I had dental surgery and received new top dentures on 9/10/24. The technician gave me a mirror to check the fit, appearance, and color, all of which I approved, although I noted the denture was difficult to remove. The technician reassured me this was normal.However, shortly after receiving the dentures, while following the technicians removal instructions, the front right-side tooth broke off completely. I contacted Affordable Dentures, and arrangements were made to bring the denture back for repair. I returned the denture and received the repaired version on 10/10/2024.When trying on the repaired denture, the technician followed the same protocol, but I was not given a mirror while sitting in the chair. After getting home, I noticed two issues with the repaired teeth: one tooth looked larger and protruded away from the gum, which was not the case before the repair, and the second tooth was crooked and discolored.The protruding tooth makes eating difficult, even with soft foods, as they get stuck between it and the gum. I contacted Affordable Dentures about the issue, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldnt return until today, 3/25/25. The technician and nurse inspected the dentures and said the issue was due to the extraction surgery. This explanation doesnt make sense, as the dentures fit fine before the repair.When I mentioned the difficulty with eating, the technician/nurse remarked that dentures are more for aesthetics than for eating. I paid for these dentures to maintain my teeths health, eat comfortably, and feel confident in my appearance, especially for public speaking and work presentations. Unfortunately, despite spending a significant amount of money, the dentures still look deformed.I am requesting a refund to allow me to seek a higher-quality denture elsewhere that matches the appearance and fit of the original dentures.

    I purchased top and bottom dentures with post implants on 2/22/2024. I went through the process of months of appointments and received the permanent dentures in September 2024. I had 1 tooth fall off shortly after I received the permanent implants. I was on a cruise 02/5/25 and 2 more fell off. I had to super glue 1 because they were both in the front of my mouth and I had pictures to take. I went to Affordable Dentures and told them this is ridiculous that these teeth are falling off. The office manager told me I voided my warranty by super gluing the tooth and I asked her what I was supposed to do? She told me the teeth are going to fall off... I asked her why would they fall off so soon after getting them? I spent a lot of money on these teeth and they should not be falling off. I have done everything they told me to do with caring for the teeth.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the dentures I received from Affordable Denture and Implants office. Despite multiple attempts to address the issues, the dentures have not met my needs and continue to cause health complications, discomfort, and inconvenience.Given the ongoing issues and the number of remoldings (3) and adjustments (8) that have been made without achieving results. I kindly requested a refund for the cost of the dentures. I believe this is a fair resolution considering the circumstances.Please let me know the next steps for processing this request. On the receipt I noticed The charge of $109 per tooth extraction was charged totaling $327.00. However, on the website it indicates $89.00 per tooth in this case 3 extractions(22, 27, and 28) should total $267.00. It was suggested that I purchase the 2 sets (temporary and permanent) package of ultra-premium dentures so I would have a backup pair in case one pair gets lost or broken etc at the cost of $4077.00. I paid the total amount in full. I am expecting a full refund in the amount of $3,810.00. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

    I purchased top of the line dental implants less than 3 years ago. I have had problems since day 1. At first they didnt fit correctly, then they were loose in my mouth, then they broke in half FOUR times. After the second time they broke, i was told they would be remade with a webbing or mesh inside if it happened again. However, when they broke the 3rd time, i brought them in and it was an entirely new staff and new doctor. The doctor fixed them. Fast forward a week later, they broke again and I am currently sitting in their office waiting for the doctor ******* the office girls said they are not warrantied. The plamphlet i received said they shpuld last 10 to 15 years. I fidnt even get 1 year before they started breaking. I want the dental implants i paid for, not the disaster i received.

    April 12 2024 I went to Affordable dentures in ****** ***** for O rings for TOP, what I left with was 2 huge Jagged Vs cut out of BOTTOM plate, I was in shock I didn't even realize they had cut 2 until I was in my car and my tongue started to bleed, I went back in begging them to fix the Vs I was told to go buy cushion grip at *******. They thought these were my training dentures no these are my ****** permanent you just totally messed up and compromised my bottom denture now, I am in disbelief that some place like this is actually performing operations on people. Now my mouth is sore, raw from rubbing on sharp Vs they decided to carve out .. unprofessional, uncalled for, and when questioned I was told gargle salt water and go buy some cushion grip ... what ??? They destroyed my perfectly fine denture. Unbelievable. I wasn't even there for the bottom.

    I went to the dentist on November 8, 2023. I should have left when I first got there, and the place was so dirty. Never once did I see anyone disinfect the x-ray machine or the chairs in the office. But the dentist, ************, was the nastiest thing there. He never changed gloves between patients. On my first visit there I got covid. I know it was *********** because I live alone and had not been out of the house for two weeks prior to my visit. I can prove this with recordings from my cameras. After I informed that office that I had contracted covid at their office the doctor and the employees became very disrespectful. When I received my dentures two teeth on the right side were laying sideways. The gumline in the front was so thick it made my upper lip stick out really far. Because of that there was no suction to keep the teeth in. At the back of the dentures it went back so far in my mouth it felt like I was choking. The roof part of the dentures was so thick there was no room in my mouth for my tongue, let alone trying to eat food.At this point I no longer have a desire to have Affordable Dentures to do mine. Every time I visit this office its gets more and more disrespectful. On one visit the dentist came back into the room after seeing another patient, and snapped the wrist part of his gloves like he had replaced them, but there are no gloves in the room with the other patient. The worst part was when he was starting to get wax impressions again, he put that goop all over my face. On my last visit I was told after he put the goop all over my face that I could leave, only to be called an hour later that he needed to do the goop process again. I never want to see that nasty, disrespectful ************ again. On my first visit I was promised my dentures would be ready in three days. It is eight weeks later, and I still dont have any dentures. Now Affordable Dentures wants to start the entire process all over.

    I began going to Affordable Dentures and Implants - ******, **** (herein referred to as "COMPANY") on or around November 7, 2022 to receive a new bottom denture. I paid COMPANY $1,935.00 for a new bottom denture. They took the impression and I returned a few days later to obtain my temporary denture. It fit my mouth great and I did not have any problems. However, after months of healing and letting my mouth "adjust", they worked up the permanent denture, however, due to them adding product to that denture, it was too big and not a good fit at all. Additionally, you can see through two spots in the "gum" area which is unacceptable as these are weak spots. I complained and wanted to start over from scratch on a new permanent denture, but was told yesterday, 09/11/2023, that they would only refund $1,295.00 and I had to return the denture. Also, unacceptable as I am not going to be out $600.00 for their mistakes. I also had problems with their communications about appointments and if I should, or should not, apply any denture adheasive prior to my appointments. I've heard other clients with the same complaints while I was waiting in the lobby to be taken in for my appointment. I hope the BBB can get this issue resolved and warn future clients to go seek dentures from a reputable business.

    This patient had not contacted us by phone until 9/11/2023. Prior to this she sent us a letter of all the things she did not like about her denture after we made her 3 sets. I have contacted the patient today by phone and left a voicemail as she did not answer. Yesterday 9/11/23 she spoke with my front desk who had informed her we would refund her for what she was not happy with, the prosthetic. The patient refused to accept the refund for JUST the denture, instead she wants a refund for everything. This patient will not get a refund for everything we have done for her, it is appropriate to only refund the patient for what she has not been satisfied with after three times of trying and that is the prosthetic she is returning with a total of $1025.

    I signed a treatment plan and paid $8,000 up front on my credit card at my first visit on 7/15/2021 for the entire treatment. Part of the treatment was completed but the company was unable to provide me with a temporary denture that fit my mouth. None of them were at all usable and I developed chronic migraines while wearing the second set because they were too tall for my mouth. At the wax try in for the third attempt they were nothing like they were supposed to be and the bite was completely off so that the teeth didn't even touch and again I could not even shut my mouth. At this appointment on 12/2/2021 I told them that I would need a refund for the dentures, as they had yet to be able to provide me with a pair that I could wear and I did not feel like they would be able to provide me with a permanent set that I would be happy with. I was refunded the cost of the dentures that I had pre-paid. I was not refunded any amount for the implants that they did not provide 100% of the service that I paid for. I never had them uncovered or abutments placed, which I paid for. I was told by the office manager that they could only refund the amount for the dentures. I agreed to this. The amount agreed upon by both myself and the office manager was refunded to the credit card I originally paid with. I did not return or receive any additional services from this company.

    Today, 12/13/2022 I received a bill for $1,590. For "prior PMS debit adjustment".

    I do not owe this company any money. I do not owe this debt. I paid for all of the services rendered in full prior to the services. I was told I owed nothing else after I was refunded for the services they were UNABLE to render.
