      If I could leave zero stars I would. I received a surprise bill of $125 for a gynecology lab panel from February. Never even heard of this billing company before this. I called and gave them both my primary and secondary insurance information and figured that would be the end of the bills. Nope, they sent a second bill. I called again and they had not entered the correct information according to the representative so I gave them the information again. Then last Saturday I received a 3rd bill but this time under my husbands name. Guessing because he is the subscriber. HOWEVER, that's got to be a HIPPA violation because he is not the patient. It states the testing received on the bill. I spoke to a supervisor this time and went over all of the insurance information for the 3rd time. How incompetent are these people?!? With a primary and a secondary, I should not be receiving a bill. Hopefully this time it is rectified but seeing these complaints, I would not be surprised if there's another issue. Had I known they were farming out labs to this company, I would have skipped the ***** visit.

      HealthtrackRx billed my insurance $814 for a throat swab that was processed at this lab. My insurance paid $38.48, and I was told that I'm responsible to pay over $776 because this lab is out of network. After making so many phone calls my balance changed to $125 (private pay fee) and if I pay over the phone, it will be reduced to $100. I asked the costumer desk person to send me the link to my phone with the discount amount, but he refused to do it telling me it has to be paid only over the phone. When I checked my account balance it still shows $776!!! This company is overcharging insurance and trying to make people pay crazy $$$$.

      Billed for $90 and again for $430 for the same visit. You scammed me once with the $90, I will not be paying another cent. I will be escalating this issue to a higher authority

      This company should be investigated. I had one test sent here from my doctor's ******* The results claimed I had a staph infection (I'll be honest--I'm not confident this was true; I had no symptoms!). Then, came the billing nightmares. $962 for the test--my insurance doesn't cover it, as they are out of network. After all was said and done, HealthTrackRx claimed I owed $125 and, the customer service rep I spoke with on January 22nd said if I paid in one payment, it would be $100. I paid the $100 on January 25th and have my confirmation emails and bank statements to demonstrate payment. Over the weekend, I get another statement. I called them this morning (2/5/24)--5th call dealing with this one single test!--and am now, being told there's no payment showing on my account and that I still owe $100. I provided the Transaction ID and Authorization Code to ******* who said she would have to get with the billing department to see where the payment is. She said she would call me back within the hour. Surprise, surprise, I'm still waiting.

      Healthtrackrx sent my husband a TEXT that he owed $219. From our doctors office. We never received a statement in the mail, so I showed the billing **** his text message and they said it was a scam and my husband did not owe such an amount. She wondered how Health Trackrx got his Information with their address.Told me to disregard and we were good on his account. I don't want to give any stars but it makes you hit ar least 1 star??

      I went to provider to get a test done for a chest infection. When I found bill, I called to input my insurance information to the system. They told me to disregard future messages as it would take time to get billed to insurance. Months go by I still get messages and they dont send anything to insurance. My insurance calls them and tells them they would send it. I get a message today saying its about to be put into collections and I spend hours trying to get a hold of someone for them to tell me a supervisor will call. If you can avoid doing business with them as a pt and provider
