    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are unable to locate any prior communication from you regarding canceling the subscription or requesting a refund. We have reviewed your account under the email ***********************************. It appears you subscribed to the 240 Tutoring study guides on November 4th, 2022 for access to the Praxis testing series. Access to the 240 Tutoring study guides is subscription-based and automatically renews on the same day each month until the user cancels the subscription, which can be done directly from your user profile. The monthly subscription is communicated on our website, at sign-up, at purchase, on each monthly receipt, and in our terms of use. As stated in our terms of use Any fees paid to 240 Tutoring, Inc. for its Services are non-refundable outside of the 240 Tutoring Guarantee mentioned in the terms of use. We would like to offer you a one-time courtesy refund of one month back of your subscription cost, however, you will need to update the billing information on file prior to the refund being processed if your bank is no longer in service. We are unable to mail you a check for your refund. You can update your billing information by logging into your account at 240Tutoring.com and going to your billing tab. There is an orange update payment method button that will allow you to enter your new card information. Once you have updated your billing, you can email us at ********************************* to let us know. We will then process a refund for the most recent payment as a one-time courtesy.
