    Business vehicle dropped material that damaged my wifes vehicle. Have video of it. Owner of business said they do the best they can to secure their materials but after that they dont do anything or offer anything. I appreciated him taking the call since he wouldnt return mine. I wonder how they have an A+ rating with the BBB while they take no responsibility for damaging property. I believe businesses are responsible for their actions. Also this business misrepresents themselves. They have a Christian ****** on their website which represents certain values. Not making things right goes against those values. They also claim to have integrity which not owning up to help fix something they damaged doesnt seem to hold to that integrity claim. I tried to include some dash cam pics and a pic of a rock lodged in Jeep grill from the truck but the site wont allow it. Ill have to try another way.

    First, we have not engaged in any type of business with the person claiming we damaged their property so this should no longer be an issue with the Better Business Bureau. This is not a BBB issue.   As far as misrepresenting ourselves because of our Christian ****** we feel that just because this person does not like our decision, it has no bearing on our faith.
