    The issue involves Ketozense Keto+ACV Gummies. It was advertised on-line. The package I chose was buy one bottle and get one free. I purchased it with a Mastercard credit card for $64.99 like the offer said. It also states in the advertisement that these are 100% guaranteed and to cancel or return call **************, sixty days from purchase. I purchased these on April 14, 2024 became ill and tried to return them May 1, 2024. I attempted to call the number provided in the ad several times and continuously getting a busy signal. I reached out to ************************* and got a new number to call. **************. They were of no help in fact they charged my credit card for $129.98 for 2 bottles and I never approved that! She said they would not refund it. Also said the package didn't exist nor the 100% guarantee and return policy. All of this is False advertising! I read it to her word for word! I just want my money back and my account closed with this Scam business! My order number is #0DE0BB4D0E

    Dear Representative,

    We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We spoke with the customer dated May 1, 2024, and discussed about the order she placed. We come up with a resolution by refunding the customer's account, amounting to $45.49, which the customer accepted. 

    We understand the customer's frustrations and have responded to this complaint by refunding the customer's account for the remaining amount of $84.49 as of 05/06/24. The total refunds that have been issued now amount to $129.98.

    Furthermore, we confirm that the customers account has been closed on our system.
