      Stay Far Away from Matts Motors in ***********, ** After my truck burned down and I lost $17,000 in tools, I came to Matts Motors trying to rebuild. I put $3,500 down on a 2014 ***** 2500. I insured it on the spot through *****. A week later, the insurance was canceled due to a minor checkbox mistake (commercial use). I didnt know, but Matts Motors didand instead of calling, they immediately threatened to repo my truck.They claimed I canceled the policy, which Geico confirmed was false. I fixed the issue immediately and got full commercial insurance through ***********. From that point on, they treated me like a problem.Months later, my insured truck was at a job in ****** with my crew. A customers water heater was in the back. They walked inside, came outand the truck was gone. Matts Motors repossessed it without warning. Claimed I had no insurance, which was a lie. I had proof, emailed it, showed up in person. I was hung up on, ignored, and eventually told youre not our customer before they threatened to call the cops.They refused to return the truck, even though my insurance and payments were in order. Weeks later, they listed the truck on their lotwith $3,400 in upgrades I paid for still on it. And then they reported it as a repo on my credit.This place preys on working people and flips their vehicles the moment they can. If you value your money, your credit, or your dignitystay away.
