    Order #****. I ordered a holster on May 3, 2023. I was charged for the order on May 4, 2023. I received the initial email with the order details. After 7 weeks of not receiving any other correspondence or the the order, I attempted to reach out to the company. I first attempted to contact the company through email but all email addresses were bounced. This included the email address I had from the initial email and the email address on the website 1441gear.com. I then tried to reach out via ******** Messenger through their ******** page. I then called the number on the website and left a voicemail. I immediately followed up with a text message requesting status of my order. After not receiving a response for 2 days, I texted again stating that if I didn't receive a response that I would leave a negative review. Only then did I get a response saying they were backed up and I would get the holster but would not give me an expected date. Now 3 weeks later, July 13, 2023, I still have not received my order. The website is no longer available and no response to the text messages sent. I requested a cancellation of the transaction and a refund of my payment.

    Order #****. I ordered a holster on 8-12-2022. Which had a 6-8 week lead time. So on 10-15-2022. I emailed about an update on the holster. My email got forwarded to another person. I emailed back on 10-19-22 wanted to check on the order, got a reply of that my order was being worked on. So I waited until 12-2-2022 to email back, with no reply. Emailed back again on 12-05-2022 check on the order, the reply I was giving on 12-5-2022 is the wrong kydex came in but they got the new kydex so they was gonna finish it up and send it out. Not sure why I wasn't made aware of that on 10-19-2022 when I was told they was working on it, and would get it shipped out tonight or tomorrow. Got a text message on 12-19-2022 and was told the holster was returned to sender, and he said he knew where he messed up. He said he was gonna get it back in the mail that evening after he fixed the label. So I texted on 12-30-2022 asking for a tracking number with no response. Emailed him an also with no response. Texted on 1-3-2022 with not reply. So I also emailed with no reply. The lack of Communication by this company is astonishing. I've waited 21 weeks on the holster that was paid for when I ordered it on 8-12-2022 that had a lead time of 6-8 weeks.

    item was delivered a month ago at first you were talking to the previous owner so i was not receiving your emails we shipped the item to the wrong address when it showed back up we caught the mistake sorry for any inconvenience and for the delay hope you are happy with your order
