      I purchased a car from them paid CASHIERS CHECK!!! Two weeks later they as in **** ******** ran my SS# without my permission and it was only given to Finance for title purposes only!! When **** ran my SS# my score went from 784 to 683. No one can explain how and why he had on possession until I take them to court the hard negative inquiry will remain for ten years!!!!! I be walked in saying Im paying Cash! Me paying cash and not financial was to not affect my credit score! This is illegal and identity theft! Please pay attention and watch who receive your information! I will update once it goes to trial!

      BEWARE from an experience car purchaser! READ to save yourself from my experience! Extremely unhappy with this dealership. I Found them on CarGurus. Price was listed for vehicle at $27,095.00 on August 1st. Called spoke with salesman had everything ready to take my daughter (1st car) to close the deal. They came in with an additional $7,438.63 in fees for our CASH purchase on August 2nd. They told me ******** was a third party website that doesnt work with us and that car already has a heavy discount as is when asking about the price discrepancy. Funny thing is the price was changed on Car Gurus while I was on the phone with the salesman today! They lured me in with a great deal and pushed not only a higher price but also added on huge DEALER FEES. I urge you to save the headache and go to a dealership that does not resort to bait and switch tactics to get your business. I did inform them I would be filing with Car Gurus and they did not seem at all upset about my claim nor were they willing to meet me at a fair price.As an additional note: The dealership also use the excuse that its a new month and more promotions were offered last month. However, It was already in the evening of August 1 when I viewed the listing. Car Gurus said that it was the dealerships responsibility to change listings and as I described earlier in my post, they made sure to change the listing ASAP when I showed them pictures of what I had.

      All Ad's especially 3rd party Ads/Websites have a disclaimer attached and this was explained to the customer. Customer also stated if we would do a specific price she wouldn't leave a Bad Review . It's unfortunate we could not accept her offer . We have a threshold on pricing we have to maintain as a Business. Just because we could not accept the offer does not mean we should receive a bad review. We request the Review be removed.

      I am ***************************, owner of J&C ******** Plumbers LLC. Ive had an extremely frustrating experience with Mac Haik Ford - Desoto's service department. On 01/19/24 I dropped off my main fleet service vehicle for routine maintenance service. It had no known driving issues. However, post-service, my vehicle developed significant issues, including a non-responsive throttle and engine sputtering. **** was made aware, and vehicle returned on 01/23 but nothing was addressed. We reached out multiple times but received no response or acknowledgment of the issues from service advisor ******************. It was returned on 03/07, to try diagnosing the persisting issues. The vehicle stayed until 03/12. We believed they did not perform any diagnostics as they did not communicate with us despite us calling multiple times. They didnt provide a report, and claimed they couldnt replicate any of the issues. Yet, when I picked it up on 03/12, all the issues were still apparent when driving. After ineffective dealership diagnostics, an AutoZone report on 03/15 revealed error codes. Only then did **** acknowledge the issues, recommending a PCM replacement and additional routine maintenance service for $2600. I contested, insisting these were postservice issues, and was unfairly charged $1700 for repairs. Throughout this ordeal, I've been accused of lying for free repairs from management. Mac Haik Fords negligence resulted in extensive downtime with our main fleet vehicle, resulting in significant disruptions to our business operations and a loss of revenue. This experience has damaged our trust in Mac Haik Ford as a reliable partner for servicing our vehicles. All our fleet vehicles are **** vehicles, and after this experience we will not be considering **** any longer. I strongly urge others to avoid utilizing Mac Haik Ford's service department due to their unprofessional conduct, lack of communication, and failure to address customer concerns. 2019 **** Transit 350 VIN: 1FTBW2CGKKA35664

      These people are out here selling lemons cars and their customer service is not very good as you can see other people have complained as well.

      To whom it may concern,I have an issue with getting 2 recalls done on my 2022 **** XLT, one is the 22G01 and the other is the other rear axle mounting bolt done. I made an appointment a few weeks ago and came in and was told that they did not have the module for the back climate control. I was then told I had to wait for a letter informing me to back it which I should have been told when making the appointment. I wasted a day off work and had nothing to show for it so ****** informed me that he would take care of me with a loaner car. I was informed this morning (02/13/24) that ****** does not work there so now everything that was told to me was a lie.

      One of the worst non communications dealership I ever experienced. My car been in the repair shop over a month now I can't get In touch with my service advisor the say they rather text but tried that still no response and even called left a lot of messages still no response went in to speak with the shop manager he promised to take care of the matter he did call and said he got the part in and it's in the shop to get repaired it's been 2 weeks now and still no communication I called and left more messages no one still didn't return my call this is absolutely the worst mechanic repair shop I am not happy or pleased with this place.

      Awful dealership. Just awful.Purchased a $100k+ car, made me do a credit application because they said I could not pay cash Then they told me I could pay cash Manager hung up on me when I complained that the paperwork was taking over a week to get sent to me. Remind you, I just sent $150k to this dealership and the manager hung up in my face Now have 7 letters from 7 different banks in the mail. They shotgunned my credit to lenders even though I paid cash.Awful business. Sales guy was great, how they run the show is awful.Now I need to call the credit buereuas and report fraud

There is no record of this customer in database by the name of *********************** or a person with the email address of ********************** Does the customer have the correct dealership? Our dealership is Mac Haik Ford DeSoto. We also do not show an *********************** in our credit submission system.

      Do not ever buy a car from this dealership because they do not own up to their name. They lie about the cars that they own You may buy a car today in the car willing run hot tomorrow. their cars are basically lemons. They basically drove the car to our house. We waited almost 2 months to receive the tags never received the tags. We had to call them about the tags. They eventually told us that the car never passed inspection so therefore they came and picked the car up for it still way and basically forged a way to get the tags for the car whenever they take it back to the dealership. Because we didnt have the car two weeks later in the bag light came back on the car is running hot the air conditioner quit working and my son he has a baby on the way so basically we have a car still making payments and cant drive it because its running hot .do not go to this dealership to purchase any car. Bad idea if you decide to do to

      To Whom It May ******** The customer purchased this vehicle on 11/28/2022. We find it odd that the customer waited until 6/29/2023 to submit a complaint regarding the vehicle's air conditioning system. We would be happy to evaluate the customer's issue at no charge but we cannot warranty a used vehicle that was purchased 7 months previously.
