    On March 14th, 2024 at 8:15 PM, my family and I visited an establishment that offered endless bowling. We paid what was charged and started playing. However, at the end of the set, we were informed that we had not paid for the endless bowling and that we would have to pay over $100 again if we wanted to continue. We spoke to a supervisor who was condescending and refused to help us. Since it was a large group event, we had to pay again. This was unprofessional, and we felt disrespected as customers.Moreover, we ordered our food before starting to bowl, but it took nearly two hours to arrive. The staff-to-customer ratio was inadequate, and we felt that our needs were not being met. Initially, we had planned to go to Main Event, and we regretted not sticking to our plan. We had a terrible experience with the worst customer service ever. We urge the establishment to do better because customers are the backbone of any business.
