      I went to the Optical Boutique and Eyecare In ******, off of Pleasant Run. The person who assisted me was *****. I was told they could not except my previous glasses because they were out of warranty. I purchased my glasses on 8/4/23 with my insurance. ***** said to allow 2wks before picking these up due to I had a high prescription and that they would call me once they got in. I went to the business on 8/24/23 and the staff that I spoke with went looking for my glasses and looked in several locations. She said that they had not been completed and it was still in their lab. She then went and asked another lady about my order and that she also could not find me in some system. She said I see where she purchased glasses but so far I have not found them. So this other lady said to speak with ***** and they conferenced around the corner and ***** spoke to me saying that ... we don't have your glasses yet but we will call you once they come in.I then reminded him he said 2wks. I stated that I am aware that I have a high prescription and that on the same date I also purchased another pair of prescription glasses and that entity also stated 2 wks. I then showed him my glasses that I had been wearing for a week after purchasing them from this other company and asked what was the hold up. He then said they should be ready on Friday and which would be the 8/25/23. I also asked if they are not ready by Friday, what is the process for a refund. He said that you would not get the entire amount back because we already started working on it.My question to the owner how can you resolve this matter because I am a paying customer and the lack of providing a timely service to the customer is not working for me. As of today 8/28/23 @ 1:03pm I have not heard from your business about picking up my glasses that I have paid for and waiting patiently for.
