    Since I have no complaint about the first coin itself purchased from LCR, and I'll interject that it was indeed a beauty, my sole problem was with the man who answered the phone when I called about my SECOND order. The first was my way of introducing myself to the company, because it's possible that in the near future I may be purchasing a large number of silver bullion coins and I needed to experiment with LCR, to discover if they were up to my standards. After an initial purchase of a single coin, I decided to get only a couple more. This order didn't appear on my account page, so I phoned them to see what, if anything, was wrong. The man, ******* the phones, was not courteous at all. He seemed frankly displeased that I was calling in the first place. Also, he intimated that the small amount I was spending -- yes, only about $68 for the second order -- wasn't really worth his time to look into. And that the problem on my account page was due to a small typo in my email. I said to him that he was a little abrupt with me, and I will credit this harried man for apologizing. I accepted the apoloy.Still, when he said, or rather implied, that what was the big deal for my concern as the order would be arriving the next Friday or Saturday (it did not), I have to believe he has no idea that I had ordered twice from LCR.If it doesn't arrive tomorrow, Monday, I'll call back, only hoping this particular man is not on the other end.

    I purchased a **** Proof 70 Silver Eagle that arrived with a couple of scratches on the pcgs holder. I started trying to ascertain the return policy on February 8, **** when I received the coin. It is now February 23, **** and LCR Coin still has not directed me how to return the coin. Terrible service and obviously dragging their feet so the time period passes to return a coin.
