      We purchased a very expensive overhead door about one month ago. The door was crated by them and has remained in the crate ever since. We uncrated the door on 7/1 and discovered that a piece was bent. We immediately called and sent pictures of the damage. They refused to help us or replace the part because "we have had the door for a month and we could have bent the piece." I have never heard of business not standing behind their products they sell. This is not a $1.99 door - this is a door that was approximately $1600 that is now not useable because of a bent piece. They need to provide us with a new piece or refund our money.

      This order was placed by ********************* on 5/21/24, SO# *****. Under our Terms and Conditions it states "Please report any damage at the time of pick-up or delivery. Prime is not responsible for any storage or handling damage to material after pick-up or delivery. Prime reserves the right to enforce these terms and conditions along with all store policies at any time". We were told that the door was damaged on 7/1/24 when ***** came in to place SO# *****. I have attached copies of both orders. I have also included our store policies to review as well.
