    We bought a food trailer from them. We have had several smaller issues which we fixed and Roha helped. Replaced lights, recoated roof as it was leaking, water heater stopped working, replaced bad water pump. But, the exhaust hood and fan do not work. We have been trying for months to get a replacement and they are not helping us. They keep telling us a new one is coming. It is 110 degrees in the trailer. One of my workers passed out from the heat. Now I can't find helpers plus it is so hot in there my wiring is even hot, I think that the extreme heat is what burned out the overhead LED lights. We have been told that the fan and hood are not even compatible. The sales **** ******, told us they installed one they had in house and it was not even made for our custom trailer! I called the manufacturer of the hood and the records they have are for an ice cream truck. Now Roha does not answer my calls or texts. It is so hot that I have had to cancel events as it is a health Hazzard to work in the trailer. I want replacement hood and fan. I would also like to be reimbursed for my cancelled events and loss of income. I have a huge 4 day, $20thousand dollar event coming up and I need it fixed before then please help me. I will be losing my business if this is not fixed soon. Thank you for your help.
