    I paid $1,000 for 4 hours of in truck training/tutoring for my brother and received nothing. On December 8, 2022 I paid $1,000 for the tutoring and was told that they would get back with me. I followed up twice and almost two months later still have not receive the tutoring or even days to schedule the tutoring. I followed up asking for the service or a refund and was told that there are no refunds.So I paid $1,000 (via Zelle) almost 2 months ago and have received no tutoring and no refund. Was told via text today that they can give me credits for "something else".Filing complaints, writing reviews warning everyone, and may have to file a lawsuit. This is ridiculous. I paid for a service and they didn't provide it but also don't want to give me a refund.
