    I called in may to ask regarding the services and if my daughter can be a participant, I was informed she would be, no team needed, I processed and paid, in Early May for a July activity, confirmed and was told yes everything was fine to wait for the schedule, contacted them July to check the status of the schedule, and I was told they had a roster 2 weeks ago, and she was not registered, I called asked for a refund and they said it was processed last week, I haven't received it, asked for a license or information to check if it was a legit business, and I was told they couldn't give information, called and ask them why? We'll they said they collect money and if they have space they put them in, and pretty much if they don't call to follow up they keep the money, is fraud in my opinion, collect money and use it, and if we forget they keep it, not only that but thanks to this, I couldn't register her for another activity waiting for this confirmed one, and now is too late because everything started

    They had said the refund was done last week, yet it has not been received, also they refused to provide business information like the license and I have all the messages to proof they refuse to prove business *** and Tax ID to confirm they are a legit business, and no refund has been done as of 7/11/24, and they stated it was done a week before 7/8/24, I would like to confirm they are running legit, with a license and insurance, reporting to IRS and that they are a legit business

    We have refunded this customer accordingly, and yes we have all the proper documents for being a legitimate business. She saw our information online on ******** where it shows are leagues are legit and we have insurance and we file our taxes. Customer continues to harass us, and she was refunded. Case closed.
