      My 2020 *************** has been in Streamline colliding sence 15 August 2023. I keep getting the runaround it started with a part that was on back order, so the part came in 2 1/2 months later the service man told me once the part came in it would take about one day to get the car ready. It has been almost another month sence they the part came in. My last call to ***** was on 5 December, he said the car would be ready on 6 December at 4pm I was ready to go get the car at 3:30pm, but I called and it took 15 min to get to talk to ***** he said the car was not ready because he found some alinement problems. Now he tells me he world call at about 10am tomorrow. I then tried to contact the owner, I call the main office to talk to the owners, the operator **** would not let me speak to her or give me any information about the owner, I got mad and she hung up on me. I called back she required my name, phone number, and all the info about the car, she would not give me the owners name or phone number or if she was in town. Its been 1 1/2 and no call yet. On the 10 of December my car would be there for 4 months, I need help.
