    Hello, there was an incident that happened on September 18th 2024 from the time between 4-5pm. My son goes to this boxing class and there was 3 kids and 3 instructors. My son is 5, the other kids were a lot bigger and older than him. The instructors took the kids outside and my son came back inside and told me another kid pushed him and was calling him names. So I addressed it with the coaches and they said they didnt see anything. Fast forwarding when class was done my son vocalized to them that this kid pushed them and one of the instructors named ****** kept telling my kid , no that did not occur. No one told me my kid got hurt outside but him, I call later that day to file a incident report just for the manager to call me back and talk to me in a manner that was so demeaning, disrespectful and not professional! My son got hurt and the adults did see he fell but no one told me anything about it. I asked for camera footage and ( not surprised at all) from the hours that we needed to look at the camera didnt record and was black very convenient. The whole point of me taking my son there is to learn and for these people to help me shape him into a good human. The manager Arian was very insensitive and brought up the fact that I am a women and making it into a bigger problem. Also we were on the phone for about 40 minutes, I have ******************************************************************************** parents. You have to have some compassion when dealing with those 2. He also stated he called me with no feelings or emotion involved and you have all of the emotions Of course thats my child I am trusting you with. **************** makes or breaks a business, and this is not what I was expecting from a business that claims theyre family owned and god fearing. Now, to get out of my contract I have to pay 199+ its not fair since they broke the contract with not letting me know my son fell , letting this older kid verbally bully my 5 year old son.

    Good morning. My ideal resolution for this case would be me getting my refund back from getting out of my contract with them. I should have not have to have paid to get out of my contract since they breached it by letting an 8 year old talk recklessly to a 5 year old. Bullying by definition is someone who perceives another person as weak and they prey on them. My son is 5 and the other kid was around 7-8. My son came inside from their workout and communicated with me this kid pushed him and was calling him names , when I asked the coaches “ we didn’t see anything the only thing we saw was him on the floor” but they failed to tell me 1) my kid “ fell” 2) this other kid was verbally bullying him.  There was no remediation of any kind to tell the kids something along the line of “ hey we don’t talk bad to our classmates or put our hands on our classmates “ or even holding a meeting with both parents- but let it continue following that my experience with the manager Arian  and one of the coaches Hector . Hector and my son were working one on one and my son was vocalizing to him this kid pushed him and was calling him names. Instead of addressing it, he tried manipulating my son by telling him “ no you fell” that takes confidence away from children to trust adults. The manager “ Arian was so unprofessional when handling the situation to the point I question my child’s safety physically, mentally and emotionally. These people are supposed to help shape our children and protect them while learning a disciplined sport. This situation showed me they have no integrity, poor customer service and they should not be working with children if this is how they remedy situations like this. This  is why I deserve to have my refund back from leaving the gym. Total 216.49

    I have yet to hear anything from Garcias House Of Boxing. To this date October 11th 2024 they have not reached out to me or replied back to the BBB. I do have a question, with the form attached, do I print that and can I save it as a document and submit it?
