    We are filing a complaint for a full refund of $1,200 against Canopies in *******/ Art on Iron (*********************), their sales representative. On 11/17/2022 we gave a cash deposit to their sales representative, ************************, of $1,200 as the canopy down payment,receipt #******,signed by him. He provided us with two different invoice measurements, these measurements were taken both by ************************. We requested specifically for ************** pole frame to not obstruct the home address, that is located below the front window of our house, which he verbally said it would not. On or about the 12/6/2022, their contractors came by to drill the holes for the metal poles that were to be installed. The measurements given to their contractors to drill the holes were incorrect which those same measurements were obstructing the address/window which ************************ assured us,that would not happen. We asked the contractors to seize from drilling and to contact ***************,upon *************** arrival,he did acknowledge to us that he did remember about the address/window not being obstructed by the metal pole . At that time,we requested for *************** to adjust the measurements which he declined. He informed us that he had already taken out the city permit with those measurements which he took,by himself and could not make a adjustment with that permit measurement, that he had submitted. At that moment,we requested a full refund of the $1,200(cash) that was given to *************** as the down payment,he fully agreed upon the full refund of $1,200. He also said it would be in a form of a company check because they don't hold cash at the office,we agreed. A few hours later,we received a text from *************** informing us,we were libel for the city permit charge. He requested us to sign a waiver of refund from them for $780 which we denied. We have tried to reach out to the owner/manager/supervisor and have not heard back. Can you help us resolve this issue in anyway?,Greatly Appreciate It.Thank You
