    On May 8, 2025, I hired Sun City Pergolas & Canopies. I placed a verbal order with a deposit with the owner's brother. I told him I wanted black canopy poles and brown shade fabric, trusting that everything I verbally asked for would be correct. A week later, the day of installation was the only two workers from the owner who arrived on the first day brought the entire canopy structure in brown. I told them that was not the right color and they asked me to speak to the owner on the phone to correct it. I spoke to him calmly and he told me they would paint them and install them the next day. They would then finish. After they installed them, I saw they were terribly painted and I asked if they would fix the poor paintwork. They painted over the peeling paint and it was worse. After 3 days, I cleaned the poles with a damp cloth and the color came off, allowing me to see the brown color. below, the roof fabric poorly mounted with a larger space on one side than the other and with the wire that you tighten the fabric out of place, I spoke to him and explained everything and that they would please come to repair it, so they came 6 days after I spoke, it was the owner who came, he only gave me excuses that everything was normal, that if I expected a cheap canopy, and that the poorly painted was my friend because I would have to wait 3 days until it dried, something that he never suggested to me, I told him you are the expert you should have told me that and I had no problem he snapped. He spoke to me with such arrogance and when I saw that his intention was to make excuses for the horrible work they did, I asked him to leave and that I would complain to you and he laughed sarcastically, he insulted me.
