      On August 10, 2023, I contacted ************************* to do work on a **** ******** SUV ML 430. I told him I wanted new side mirrors put on the vehicle and for him to fix the mechanical work. He told me that the vehicle needed two tires as well, and he could do complete body work and mechanics for $2500. I refused and asked for a quote for the mechanical work and tires only. He dropped the price to $1500 for everything. I agreed. He said it would be completed in two weeks. He said he would need $500 upfront to get started. I paid. I paid a little at a time so I wouldn&#**;t have to pay a large sum at the end. He never completed the work. He kept pushing the day back when my vehicle would be finished. On October 20, I collected my car from his shop. The only thing he did was do a messed-up paint job. I asked for the mirrors he claimed he purchased for the car, but they could not find them. I had my vehicle towed to my house as it is still inoperable. I told him I was going to *** to get my money back. However, I figured I would go this route first. He gave no invoices, although I requested them, and no receipts. I paid using cash app.

      On 10-05-23 stopped by to get Radio installed. ***** said that they could have installed same day just needed to pay half which was 625. Transferred half. Was there for 5 hours. ***** said he could not install that he could order a *********** that could be there next week on 10-11-23. To send him another 100 dlls. They installed a dvd player for inconvenience. Radio was not there until 10-18-23. After 4 hours they said they could not install radio and would give refund in full amount. ***** said he would send money that afternoon or next day at the latest. Called next day and he said he would have money by Friday. 10-22-23. Showed up and he did not have money said he would send it that afternoon. Did not get it either. Then messaged on Monday 10-23-23. He then said he would have Money Friday 10-27-23. Tried to contact him and he said he would send money that afternoon. He did not answer phone till today 10-30-23, only to say that he would let me know that as soon as he is ready he will send.

      The owner has had my vehicle for approximately 2 1/2 years and has not done any repairs to it,.the owner has been paid in full and continues to make excuses and promising me that it will be done.

      On Feb. 24, 2022 ***** sent a tow truck to pick up the 2015 **** mustang to start doing body work.Agreement was to give a deposit of $1000 to start the body work with a finishing total of ****. Deposit given on Feb. 28. 2022. Receipt was provided. Between the 28th of Feb and 15th of March. *****, stated he needed money to buy door and the rocker panels. On March 15th, $1,000 was given to him to buy the parts. In between this time, ***** stated that parts had been delayed due to the freight shortage the US was going through. From March to July he kept saying little things here and there had been done to the car, and needed to buy some harness for the car that was damaged as well. Another ***** was given to him and with the agreement that he would finish the car in the next 2 weeks. We kept calling him, going to the shop and no work had been done to the car. finally in Sep. 20th he agreed to take the car back to the house where he originally had picked it up. On the Sep. 23rd another shop picked the car up and started working on it. ***** kept giving the run around with the parts he allegedly he had purchased. On Sep. 29th he dropped the door off, and Oct. 5th he gave us one of the 2 rocker panels. By the then, car was finished by the other shop and parts had already been purchased. He promised to give the money back by the end of Sep. Then the 1st of Oct. No money has been returned. A total of **** was given to him. He won't answer phone calls, and he is not at the shop.
