      Mr. **** ******* knocked on my door and offered to seal my concrete, rock wall and stone on my home. I asked numerous questions prior to allowing him to seal anything. He answered he would protect while sealing and also stated everything was warrantied as stated on the invoice. Work was done on 1-6-2025 and the sealant began peeling off in March, Contacted him in March and he stated he would send a worker the following week. Reached out again on March 27th via text and he stated he would send someone out and never did. Contacted him again on April 6th and 7th and no response. He sprayed the neighbor's home as well and messed up my windows with the product as he did not protect while spraying which was discussed prior to any work being done. The application was poorly done and therefore flaking off and has become an eyesore and my windows are full of the sealant which has become impossible to take off. After further investigating this company, turns out is inactive since 2016, therefore a fraud. He also was stuck on getting cash which did not comply with. I paid with a check of ******* and ****** cash.

      Thank you all in advance for allowing me to place my complaint.  The business owner, Mr. **** *******, had reached out to me and we have resolved the issue with a partial refund.  Therefore, I would like to close this complaint/Case.
