      I purchased products form ************ and submitted the proper purchase information in order to receive rebates for my purchase. I was assigned verifying numbers for tracking purposes of my rebates: **********, and **********. These tracking numbers came with a thank you notice that stated that my submissions were received and would be processed and to allow 4 to 6 weeks. The company never paid these rebates and I tried on numerous occasion to seek recourse. I was asked to resubmit my information again in the summer 2024 and complied. I called multiple time during the year always being told the same thing, it was being investigated. I came to learn that the company changed their tracking system numbering during the time I made my original submission in March of 2024. I finally received an email in December *********************************************************************************************** our database and that the tracking numbers used have never been generated. I have the original copies of the Thank You notice with the numbers. I responded to them by requesting to be given the name of a senior employee to escalate and hopefully resolve this matter and that was not provided. I also informed the company *** that I was owed ***** dollars and expected to receive my rebates. I have not heard from the company and that was in December. I waited thinking an end of year audit might reveal their error but it has not occurred. Even today when I go on the tracking page and input these numbers it states we are working on getting your claim tracking number added to our new system and to call for further information. So it is obvious that they had the numbers and the tracking numbers did exist. This has been ongoing since March of 2024 and the message of changing to the new system has been there since March of 2024.
