    I spent a lot of time researching eletric toothbrushes ultimately deciding to go with a specific one after advising my specific needs. When the product did not work properly with the app after 5 days I was in contact with the company. After 35 minutes on the phone my case was escalated and I was told I would get a call back or e-mail within ***** hours. No call came. 3 days later I called and was again told I would be contacted. I asked for a supervisor but I was told none were available. 2 days after that I called and was finally given information about a reply to the escalated matter yet I had never been contacted. I had been given inaccurate information to begin with. I again requested a supervisor and after a 45 minute call again promised a return call. No call came. I called one more time and was again told no supervisor was available. I am returning the product. **************** is seriously lacking and obviously the company does not care about people who have spent money on their products. Even when I shared about returning the product no attempts were made to keep me as a customer. Interesting that all of the calls were recorded for training and learnintg purposes.

    After receiving a product from my dentist about a device called Philips Sonicare Cordless Power Flosser 3000, there was a letter indicating I can get a rebate, after sending in the information and 2 plus months later! There was no rebate in the mail or no phone call, text message, email. Nothing. I will say stay clear of any Phillips products that says pay this amount of money and you will get a rebate. Phillips use to be a good company with Integrity, but not any more.
