      My mother (***********************) and I (*****************************) went to *************************** for services of a chin reduction as seen on her website. We had her services done on March 30th and were told wed see a difference in a few days even though the difference shouldve been immediately according to ****************. My mom and I contacted **************** four days later regarding our unhappiness with the results and requesting a refund. My mom offered **************** only half a refund but that is not what I wanted nor did I say anything of the same thing. **************** stated to give the results a few days but yet again no sign of a difference occurred, we contacted **************** again a week later. My mom and **************** communicated on means of where the refund could go but **************** was only refunding us one purchase, and only half of that one purchase. Which to myself makes no sense, my mom and I never received anything nor saw anything pending to be refunded from **************** so we knew we would have to dispute our transactions to receive any refund. On Ms. ****** website where I first found her services it showed a womans before and after pictures and you can clearly see her neck is very red and there is a major difference. When you see my mom and Is before and after results, there is no redness and no difference whatsoever. I tried disputing this with my bank but they unfortunately could not help me.
