Incident Report: Denial of Laundry Access and Unprofessional Conduct Guest Name: ******** *** ******* Contact Number: ************ Reservation Number: 81617EE021210 Date of Incident: April 28, 2025 Location: Baymont by Wyndham, ******, ***** Summary of Incident:I stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in ******, ***** for approximately two weeks leading up to April 28, 2025. Throughout my stay, the guest laundry facilities were broken. As a result, I was permitted to use the hotel's staff washer to clean my work clothes each night, and there were no issues up until the night of April 28.On that night, I returned late from working on a home I'm preparing to move into. I attempted to call the front desk to ask if I could use the washer as usual. The front desk clerk told me that her manager had instructed her not to allow me to use the washer that night. She gave no reason and did not mention whether the washer was in use. I accepted this response and ended the call. The following day, after reserving another night, I called the front desk again and spoke directly with the manager. When I brought up the previous night's issue, she claimed the front desk clerk had told me the washer was "in use," and that this could be seen on camera footage. This was not true-at no time did the front desk clerk say that the washer was in use. When I asked the night clerk how I was supposed to clean my work clothes since the guest laundry remained broken. She responded that she could not help me. I calmly tried to explain my situation to the manager the next morning but she began raising her voice, falsely accusing me of yelling, and escalating the conversation in a way that was unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly meant to provoke a reaction.

Two weeks of my stay at Baymont I wasn't logged in to my account although I do have the receipts in my email address.  stayed there for the duration of a whole month and for the whole month the manager who I only know because I was being evicted out of a house that I guess my landlord was selling to her but that was years prior to this situation point being she was nice to me up until the last night I stayed there and I don't feel comfortable knowing that she really felt that way the whole time. I don't know she wasn't going into my room and messing with my personal belongings.  not to mention I had to throw two bottles of lotion and toothpaste away because I thought they went bad because they just became really runny.   when in reality it could have been something completely different. I would just really like my money back. I spent way too much money there for her to treat me like that for her to just push me out like that. I would also  request some professionalism training for her as well if she does continue to be an important part of your staff.
