     I am rejecting this response because:

    Another property and past rent payments has NOTHING to do with the fraudulent fees I was charged for the move out for Lasso Rock where I resided for 7 years.  I do have videos and witnesses, and even a current colleague of *********************** who advised me to let him know and show the video and agreed the fees I was charged was completely ridiculous. This was the final attempt for your company to make this right before I move to on to my next options. I did not take actions previously since I resided in one of your properties.

    In September 2021, this invoice and work completed was thoroughly reviewed with the appropriate vendor. This was almost 2 years ago that the review took place due to the tenant's original dispute. We will once again go line by line and photo by photo (from our walk through, and try to understand how the tenant, ***************************************, finds this unjustified. We are taking time away from the vendor completing other work but would like to make another review to settle this once and for all. I would like to remind all parties again that We Rent Homes is not the vendor and doesn't set the pricing of the vendor or their labor charges. We have also found their labor charges hourly to be in line with all other vendors we use. We will have to upload our findings once we have completed a third review.

    To Whom It May ******************************* you for reaching out to us regarding this dispute for ******************************************* for property 14274 Lasso Rock. We feel the information provided to you is not accurate, as we have already sent a dispute response dated October 2021 (attached)to the tenant with all the applicable and supporting documentation, photos and explanations for the charges in question and did not receive a response from the tenant after that. There were no other attempts made to resolve the dispute from the tenant, as she is still currently a tenant at a different property that we manage. 


    The information provided to the tenant regarding the credit reporting was misunderstood and miscommunicated by both parties. Ms. ******** asked if these items would be erased from the credit report if she made direct payments to us for the balance at 14274 Lasso Rock, and I responded that the charges would not show, and that the charges would only appear if she happened to owe a balance after the itemization was completed. 

    We Rent Homes' tenant history is reflected on their credit report as a part of their rental history whether they owe a balance or have great history. We apologize if that was miscommunicated.

    Also, any vendor We Rent Homes uses for repairs, cleanings or anything related to post move out by a tenant is not owned or run by We Rent Homes. We do not have anything to do with the fees or charges.

    2017 - 3 late payments July, September, October
    2018 - 3 late payments July, August, September
    2019 - 4 late payments July, September, October, November
    2020 - 2 late payments February, November 


    14508 Meadow Lawn - carrying balance of $462 for late fees
    2021 - 3 late payments October, November, December (received rental assistance payment during 11/2021 in the amount of $13,000, this payment covered Oct, Nov, Dec 2021 and Jan, Feb, March, April, May 2022 payments)
    2022 - 4 late payments July, August, November, December 
    2023 - 6 late payments January, February, April, May, June, ****************************** let us know if any further information is needed.

    All the fees charged were exaggerated And fraudulent.
