    We had a gate installed on the side of our house by this company. It has been a fight since day one to get the gate and have it installed. A deposit was given on 04/05/24 after alot of emails the gate was installed on 05/07/24. Only after i demanded my deposit back did they show up. Our contact was *****************. 25 days after the gate attached to the house started to pull out both bolts were almost out and the gate not useable. after several emails again demanding my money back they showed up and replaced the bolts. 3 weeks later there coming out again. once again cannot use the gate. we emailed *** responded in 3 days she would send someone to fix again. Its been a week and again had to ask for money back for a gate we cant use. This is a terrible company in her own words 1 year warranty on install which i guess they don't want to honor. I want my money back so i can hire a company who can do this right the first time without all the drama.

    While you were leaving negative reviews, we were at your house securing the post. The first time it came loose, you let me know on Thursday, May 30th via email. It was secured on Monday, June 3. I have the messages where I was heading over to change out the screws. This time you let me know on Sunday, June 23rd via email. We went June 27th around 830am and added two more legs and changed every anchor to the butterfly style and thicker. 

    I showed your husband my alert on my phone, as we were there repairing at your home, that your review was posted. Im very sorry it wasnt done as quickly as you wanted it, however, 2-4 business days isnt worthy of this type of review. 
    Per your contract, there are no refunds or exchanges. Our warranty is 1 year which you were provided in writing. At most it took 3 business days to get there to repair. It was still a timely manner. This is completely unwarranted.
