     I am rejecting this response because:


    As I have explained before, the estimate I was given was for the whole sink replacement. And the proof is in pen and paper. There was also a call made after the estimate was given . My husband and I called the receptionist when we were at Lowes because we were buying the sink and we wanted to make sure that was going to be the right estimate before we bought that sink and the receptionist we spoke to confirmed it on the phone. The estimate on paper clearly says it is for sink replacement. And it has the total dollar amounts. And the work done at the end, in the receipt says the same description but with a different amount of dollars charged. 
    we had to accept the work when they workers came because it was an emergency, we didnt have a working sink and needed it go work ASAP and didnt have enough time to look for someone else. I feel like the company took advantage of this loophole to go ahead and charge us more since they saw us we were in this emergency and needed it fixed as soon as possible

    The original call on 6/15/2023 was for an estimate for a kitchen sink faucet that had no cold water and leaks. The estimate we provide her for $235 was to replace kitchen sink faucet only and she will provide the faucet. My tech. did not word this correctly on the estimate, she called to schedule work done and was scheduled for 6/21/2023. When we arrived, she was not present at the time only her husband and they also had a new kitchen sink they wanted us to install, we advise them that there will be a price difference, we gave him the price and he called his wife and agreed for us to proceed. When she called the office to make payment, she expressed the concern, and she was explained that the price changed because she wanted us to install sink and estimate was for faucet only and this was considered additional work, she agreed and proceeded to do the payment via Zelle. *************** never called back to our office to speak to me the owner (Amador) to express any concerns. I feel she found a loophole because my Tech failed to word the estimate correctly and in detail. We are an honest company and love our city and the people that live in it and we love our customers we will never take our customers for granted. we have a signed invoice and the work that was done. We also gave her a 10% discount, so she did not pay $450.00 she only paid $405.00 via zelle

    we did not take advantage of the issue . We did provide you with a new total and you could of denied the work . A kitchen sink is not considered an emergency ,Due to the fact that a stainless steel sink will not break completely, and can still be used . i stand by my first response and this response . you could of refused the wok before we started after we gave you a price difference .We did not do the work and then gave you a surprise bill increase. We received your approval to proceed with the price difference and you agreed to the amount. a broken water,gas or sewer line is considered an emergency . not a choice to replace a faucet or sink
