  *********************** with ARC Roofing is the worse contractor a person could hire! With the first rain, 2 weeks after he finished, our sunroof flooded. We now have a 4ftx6ft hole in the ceiling of our sunroof due to the terrible job he did on the roof of our sunroof! WE niw cannot get in touch with him in any form, phone, text or email!!! *** *** **** ** ** ** * **** *******  Do not hire him!!!

Unfortunately, we experienced two days of monsoon rain while I was in the ***** more rain we had all year in those 2 days), which complicated things. I tried to send ****, my experienced GB98 contractor, twice to address the problem, but I understand there was hesitation on your end.   Update of my 1 star review. ***** finally got back to me and he did have a crew replace my shingles. He said he had been hospitalized. He needs to get an assistant to get back to customers when he is not available. I believe he is a sole operator who hires crews to do his work. He seems very knowledgeable but is dependent on 3rd parties to do the work. Poor communications.

  *********************** owner of ARC roofing is a scammer and con. I had him contracted for a roof and exterior painting and work inside my home. His crew consisted of one roofer who did not have all supplies and his crew for painting was left to kids and work inside while 2 adults left for the weekend and 16 yr old to do the job. The jobs were not completed my house inside is a disaster with popcorn dry paint dry spackle My sons Marine uniform was desecrated. Exterior paint all windows doors . We are a military family and ****** letter head n contract says *** owned along with his A+from BBB which along with NO LICENSE FOR CONTRACTING . I am a cancer patient and giving ****** for jobs not completed has left me STRESSED WORRIED AND no FUNDS and a home not safe being in. ARC roofing has offices in *****, Santa Fe ******* ** ********* ****** ****** ******** He is THIEF LIAR ******* will take ur money send his pretend crew and THEN REFUSE ANSWER CALLS .   Hi ****,I hope you are feeling better. I apologize for any misunderstandings regarding the project. During our previous communication, I was dealing with severe medical issues* ********* ***** ****** ******** **** ***** ******** *** ******** ***** ********* *** *** ** *******Regarding the roofing job, my roofer did complete the work, not sure what supplies were missing, and your contractor you brought out confirmed it was done well. We had to address some unique issues with your chimney that required special attention due to its construction. I agree with you about the paint; it was very disappointing. I was unaware of the poor quality because my crew faced hardships and I was in ****** due to my medical conditions. When I finally saw the job myself, I noticed the issues and shared the photos with you.Throughout the project, I was under the impression from reports that everything was going well. It was only when I asked for payment that I learned of your dissatisfaction. Once aware, I took immediate action to fix the issues. I coordinated with your private contractor and even covered the costs for the additional work he did, totaling $3,800 more than initially planned, and did much more work then was in Original Scope. Despite these efforts and your satisfaction with the changes, I never received the final payment of over $4,000.In total, I incurred an $8,000 loss on your project. During our communications with your family, I consistently heard positive feedback about the job. Unfortunately, due to my medical issues, I was unaware of the problems until much later, but I did everything I could to remedy them.If there's anything more I can do to assist you, please let me know. Health is truly everything, and I am grateful to be alive and in better shape after my medical ordeal. I sincerely hope you are doing better as well.Best regards, *****
