      On January 2, ****,I called and told the representative that I need a window glass replacement, The first glass of a double glass windowpane. I gave him the measurements of the glass;he gave a quote of ****** plus tax. I understood this was an estimate, they would still need to come out and measure the glass. They came out that same day,to measure the glass, my measurements were the same as theirs. He said they would call with the total price. **** called me back with a total price of ******, it was higher because they would need to replace the metal bar that is between the two windowpanes. I gave him the approval to go ahead and order the glass and replace the glass.
      January 5, ****,**** called to say that the glass had come in and could come to replace the glass that day, they would call me when they were on the way. He asked if I had any questions I said, did you review your math on this quote, then he said that a UV glass cost more than a regular glass. I told him, but you said the added cost was for the metal bar between the two windowpanes.
      They did come out that same day and replace the glass, they did not replace the decorative white metal bar, which was affixed to the second glass and was not compromised. After they completed the installation, he gave me my copy of the invoice which was not itemized. The invoice that I signed that when back to the company was itemized but the total amounts were blacked out. Something is wrong with the accounting practice with this business.
      I want a true itemization of the services they provided; a breakdown of dollar amounts not just a description of service. They did not replace the white metal bars, nor is this glass a UV glass. If not, I would like a refund of $146.14.
