      *************** installed my septic for **** in Sept 22.i was given 1 yr warranty. Nov of 22 contacted him to say it was not working correctly. Told it was most likely grease and that blocked it up and that it was in me. I do not use grease but he insisted. He told me how to clear it and that was that. I rented a snake and paid a service man to check it out he ran snake thru every drain inside home w no luck. Ran it thru clean out n it cleared it. So assumed it was good. Few weeks later it backed into home again. So I waited up til time it should spray and it did not do so, watched it all week and nothing. Contacted *************** again to be told it was my fault and that it was not his responsibility to clear out sceptic. Service man came again and said it was all clear. But again I waited up and it still was not spraying. So I went out myself trying to clear it or something and the state inspector happened to show up at very same time. He asked me why I had the septic open and I went thru whole story. He examined septic system and said it was not clogged that the problem was the incorrect timer had been installed. He was gonna contact *************** and get him out directly to correct it. That was June 17 23.needless to say nobody has done a thing. My septic has not worked correctly for months I have to go physically hold down a toggle for a hour or more daily to empty septic manually so that it does not back up into my home. I've spent money on serviceman and rental for snake and all for nothing. I feel if it had been addressed and looked at the very 1st call I would not had to deal w all this nasty mess or tossed money out the window for a issue that was not correct from the install and that I had no ability to even fix.A refund for money spent and the correct timer is what I would hope for at least.
