  I DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY AND IT SALESMAN. ORDER A CARPORT SEPT 28, I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT NO RESULTS OF GETTING IT UP. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY DO IT THE WAY THE CITY CODE WANTS IT. NOW I HAVE NO BUILDING AND LOSE MY DEPOSIT. SO I DON'T TRUST THEM NO FUTHER THAN I CAN THROW A BULL BY THE ****** HEY GUYS I NEED MY DEPOSIT BACK..

  When I went to order my building I was assured I could get my building done in about 30 days and I watched my seller put comments on my order. I have to be moved on the 15th of September. I can't move my outside things in our present buildings until mine is done. I get a call a week after my order for them to come on the 11th after comments stating I needed it right after the 15th. Now 2 weeks later, I can't get a date on when. Two different girls from that company give me different stories and I guess I'll end up waiting months without half of my home because I can't get my building done as I was told. Next time? It will be in writing or don't buy!

  After reading many negative reviews of several metal building manufacturers, most of which are based in **************, I was very hesitant to order a building. I spoke with several retailers in my Southern ********/North Eastern ******** area, and one retailer told me about ***** Buildings, out of *****, **. They were having a 15% Off Sale for the month of November, and even with several upgrades, their price for a 22x40x12 Vertical Roof ** carport was several thousand dollars less expensive than all of the others. Well, there are some pretty negative reviews on C&H Buildings, but also some recent positive ones. I asked the retailer if there were any customers near my home that had recently had a building installed by C&H, and was told that they would check. A few hours later, I had an invite to come view a nearby building. My wife and I went to see the building, erected just months earlier, and were very impressed. We ordered our carport in early November of 2022, and in less than 3 weeks, we have our building! The day after ordering the carport, C&H called, set the install date, and emailed the invoice and confirmation documents. The crew arrived when expected, in 28 degree weather, and had the building done in 8 hours. So far, we are very pleased with the ** carport, and the very quick delivery/installation.

  Contracted with C&H to build a building, had the pad poured and THEIR employees came out and said everything was good to go, once the crew got on site communication was strained due to them only speaking a little English ( I honestly believe this is a game they play) the crew leader then said pad was out of square so the extra money spent for the drip ledge and the door inserts was useless, no communication for months until they wanted their money and then almost 8 weeks before build started, was told that they had everything for build and then 2 days before finishing they told me that they couldnt put the big door in because the rails had been damaged, so we had a building we had to have security on for over 6 weeks and somehow this is not an issue with these people, customer service is a joke and if we would have paid them the final bill we would have to take them to court to get anything done but we will be taking them to court and let them explain why they broke the contract, no call asking if everything was good, no call to see if there was a punch list to take care of, worst company that I have ever done any business with.You can see sunlight through the ceiling, doors dont close properly, nothing is square and the worst part the doors dont even seal properly within the concrete step downs that were placed in the concrete, they put a bent structural beam in and wrapped it with some other metal so that we would not see it, ended up spending more money to seal around the bottom of the entire building, crew ran over plumbing pipes already installed in concrete, put window in wrong place, and crew littered with their trash on property, nightmare, DO NOT USE!!!
