    We have purchased a new sound system for our church through this company. We sent an initial payment of $25,572.12 in December of 2021. The remaining balance of $2841.35 is to be paid upon installation. We have been told for almost a year that parts were not available. We waited patiently. We were told weeks ago that parts were in and our system would be installed that next week. That was over a month ago. When the vendor is called there is no answer or response via text. At this point, they have taken over 25 thousand dollars from us and provided no service at all.

    We have been in contact with the client since the beginning of the project. We advised the client that we had the materials on hand as we got them after ordering them. We also noted that it would be several months of waiting when we started the process. We finally received all the listed components for the stall and in fact we have been in contact with  3 different folks. ***************** , *********************, and now *********************** as recently as this morning via text message . Text messages will confirm that we were scheduled to be there today but that was rescheduled for tomorrow. 

    Not really sure why this letter was sent or a complaint was filed to be honest.

    This should resolved tomorrow when we finish the install as previously scheduled.
