    My dad started a job for this company while it was still under the original owner Pauls name unfortunately **** got sick with cancer and passed away a few months ago but before he did he sold the company to the person who is now owner. When the company transferred to the new owner my father was in the middle of completing the job to which he was given a partial payment of 3000 out ***** the remainder was to be given to him after completing job however the owner refuses to pay the balance. My father has reached out several times with no luck. Our next step is to file a small claim through the court but I felt the need to submit this complaint because my father is not the only one going through this with the company there is also a man who completed a concrete job for this company and is not being paid for his work. Attached you will find the invoice for the job and also an invoice where it shows a deducted amount of 3000 because that is what was already paid.
