      As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I greeted the guy up front and I asked how long it was going to take because there was a line. I was told ***** minutes and I asked which one because I needed to go to an appointment and was seeing if I could get it done now or later. Then he said 5. I was confused and asked was it 25, 55, or 5 minutes. I was then yelled at saying that he has been saying 5 over and over again then looked at the guy behind me and said *** been saying 5 over and over again, what does this girl not get. At this point I was astounded with how rude he was from the start and continued to ramp it up! I didnt have any attitude back, I didnt want to argue, and I wanted was to see how long it would take. He told me to grab my insurance and at this point, I just left. I ended up going to somewhere else that got it done immediately without a line and the attendant even said please, thank you, and ****! I usually wouldnt post a review like this, but I will not accept unjustified rudeness as a young woman as if I dont know a thing or two about cars. If kindergartners can learn about being kind to others, so can a middle aged man!

      They did oil change for me and inspection.When I got home about 2 hrs later, started car n so much smoke from tail pipe my neighbor came over n thought my car was on fire.Somethings leaking also.I went back soon as opened n the owner started yelling at me.Said I insulted his intelligence. He admitted he rushed the oil change.I asked him can't you take a loom n see if a bolt wasn't tightened. ( He had no customers) he says no I cant..Got in my face screaming at me.Lifted up his shirt to show me a tattoo on his ********* actually thought he was gonna hit me..Prob not fixed now I'm at **************************************.I know for a fact , everyone does, that they illegally *********** for state inspections that they shouldn't
