    Horrible customer **********************. I uploaded all my documents with this organization 10 years ago (email documentation) and then I called to make sure this organization had all of the documents, to which a phone attendant said yes (phone documentation). However, when I applied for a medical license, it asked me to upload documents from 20 years ago and 10 years ago. This organization needs to do a lot better.

    I wish I could give zero stars. Do not spend any money on this business. Reach out to the institutions yourself. They have no common sense and no communication skills. They take months when institutions have already completed verifications on their end. Absolutely terrible.
