Transactions: 1/25/2023 & 1/31/2023 Paid: $1887.64 - transaction 1: Starter, transaction 2: Growth Commitment: Functionality of advertised/documented features Acct: pheedbaq *********** Bait-and-switch refund policy - Repricer is critical feature I need, prominently advertised part of their service. Site showed a "multi-channel" repricer on growth tier, I only needed it for one channel ******* signed up for Starter. Found out repricer not available on Starter, upgraded to Growth 6 days later (Starter $ counted towards Growth). Shortly began having problems with repricer non-functional. Continually reported it for a few months. Eventually demanded refund, they asserted could not because it was past 30-day initial window. I explained the situation (services not rendered), continued refusal on their part.2) UI Bundling feature non-functional - Adjustments to business model made this critical. Feature was *available* to Growth (they admit to this), although advertised part of higher tier. However, could only make bundles from items on first page of inventory search results (coding error they admit to, not a feature of higher tier). My inventory was 1K+, search only shows ****** per page, making feature practically useless. Also could not make bundles from different searches. Again, useless. Reported this starting several months ago, only recently did they say it will be fixed.Leading up to signup with SellerChamp, I had dumped enormous effort into inventory, storage, workflows, etc. (startup activities). When I found SellerChamp, expectation was to quickly facilitate multi-channel sales (as they advertise). But certain features needed to be proven out before I committed effort to workflow changes for that. SellerChamp brought my business to its knees and destroyed momentum with broken features for months on end. I have spent the majority of this year fighting these issues and trying to find workarounds.Their practices do NOT engender ongoing customer confidence.

SellerChamp rep ************* asserting that the bundling feature was only added as a feature of the ** just recently.  They are lying.  This is proof from the WayBackMachine (historical record of content on various websites), that it was advertised on their site *at least* back in February of 2023.

More proof of the Bundling ** feature being advertised, this one well before I signed up, again a snapshot from the WayBackMachine from May of 2022 (I signed up towards end of January 2023).  If the feature is *advertised* then it should be working, but SellerChamp keeps asserting it wasn't meant to be used as part of the ** until just recently, to excuse the fact that the feature was broken when I started using it, and has stayed that way for months now.  They advertise features that are not working, or are half-baked; you sign up thinking everything will work, but when it doesn't work they either tell you the feature is working fine, drag their feet for months on fixing it, and refuse to provide any sort of refund or credit to make up for their failures on services that weren't rendered for *unreasonable* amounts of time. Unacceptable.

I initially expected that the business would respond in a timely
fashion, but they haven't.  As such, I've had to move on to looking for
similar services offered by their competitors.  At this point, I could
no longer make use of another year of their services as a resolution to
this issue.  The only meaningful resolution, of the three that I listed
in my initial complaint, would be a full refund.  I can't wait around
forever for them to decide if they want to respond or not; they're
exhibiting the same sort of attitude in this process as they have with
my complaints to them directly.  Me being able to run my business is of
    no importance to them, obviously.

On Oct. 18th I paid $49 for a monthly subscription on SellerChamp website. Unfortunately Vinitha activated my old account *********@gmail.com instead of my new ************@gmail.com account. So I contacted her on Oct. 22. After several messages with her, she finally had her IT dept activate shopetsy2023 account today, Oct. 25th. Problem is they removed all the listings I created under shopetetsy2023 WishPotion Etsy store and substituted them with the listing I had from the old account crhemailz Wishfeely Etsy store which I no longer use. I spend hours of hours creating the listings on WishPotion and now they're all gone. I've been messaging Vinitha today, Oct. 25th, and now she's refusing to answer. I asked her to return all the listings I had on WishPotion but she stopped replying to my messages. Now I'm stuck with a Seller Champ account I cannot use because I no longer use the Wishfeely account. It's been a total mess and been a very frustrating experience in dealing with SellerChamp. Vinitha just STOPPED communicating with me. I need a full refund of $49 for a service I never received. Shame on them for charging people so much money for a service a customer can't even use.

    Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/11/30) */
Please know that the customer ran into this issue to begin with due to subscribing to the wrong account From their end. We tried to flip emails and get this sorted which resulted in further confusion. Cx was just one call away to get this sorted but there was no proper attempt other than starting the blame game and leaving a complaint on BBB when all what we were trying to do is help the customer. We have canceled the subscription and refunded the amount within 24 business hours of receiving the complaint. We tried our best to retain this cx from day 1 and was already on a 50% discounted rate. It is unfortunate that it didnt work out and we wish you the best in finding the right tool to scale your online business.
