    We have used them for years. It was 100 plus in Dallas and our AC went out. Originally their best bid to replace was double the other two companies that bid(I assume thinking we would just use them ** it was 105) I am 100%certain that they were price gauging and trying to take advantage of the situation. When we told them we had other bids who had more reasonable solutions - they came back with a bid that was about the same as the others with a bunch of attitude from the estimator. I tried to talk to a supervisor and was never able to talk to one. Criminals! We obviously wont use them ever again. We have a service plan with them and paid them to inspect the units in our new house and I would like all that refunded.

    If we go back to the beginning of this timeline, we did not come out in late August to sell you equipment.  Our consultant originally met with your husband to discuss modifying some duct work and or adding some duct work.  During that initial meeting your husband inquired about equipment.  After the initial meeting our consultant completed his diligence and followed up with multiple options to address both the duct work and the equipment.  Further conversation between you, your husband and our consultant led to another round of proposals being generated.  All this happened over 4 weeks so to claim we were creating a sense of urgency to pressure you into signing a contract that was price gouging is inaccurate.  I have since contacted you to see if we could compare the scope of work we provided and the scope of work the other company provided to better understand the price discrepancy you describe in your complaint but have not heard back.  I usually find one of two things to be the case when there is a sizeable price discrepancy.  The scope of work we proposed is different and or the other company did not price there job correctly.  We are not the cheapest nor are the most expensive in the Dallas market.  We guarantee &deliver a quality installation & system commissioning and have done so for 78 years. 
    We processed your requested refund and I addressed the failure in communication with my entire team this morning.  Thank you for being a loyal customer for the last 10 years.  I am sorry this turned out to be a bad experience for you and your husband.  I wish you both the best.
