      Purchased two tickets international trip from ** to *****, ****** during COVID pandemic. Could not able to make the trip as per original itinerary, Upon trip cancellation travel credit is provide for future trip on similar route. Now when I contacted, the customer service is reporting that travel credit is expired and not willing to reimburse.

      Terrible company who does not stand behind the reservations they make. We booked business class flights from *** - ***. The return flight was cancelled by *************** and Destina did not assist us to get back to TPA in business class. We eventually returned to TPA in economy class routing through *****. We requested a refund for the unused business class ticket and Destina told us to contact the airline. I will never use the company again, and highly recommend that no-one else uses them too. They deserve to go out of business.

      This is a total SCAM operation!!!
      Just booked an international flights for my family totaling $2,367.30 with on 4/2/22 from U.S. to Prague with an option for CSA Travel Protection Plan with added $153.87. In 5 minutes of booking, I got a call from a man with a foreign accent from Destina Holidays, asking me to verify my name; date of birth and phone number and detail travel information. He said, he is just confirming that I made this reservation (already red-flag); in 5 minutes after his call, I get an email stating my American Express card denied charges (which is NOT TRUE) so there are no tickets, but CSA Travel Protection went through!! I called back to Destina Holiday and the same guy insisted my card was declined, but insurance cost was not! I expressed how is it possible if it was a package deal and if there are no airline tickets, how can I be charged for protection of something that does not exist? The guy was annoyed with me.
      Thank goodness I have AE Ptatinum that took care of this and I called CSA Travel Protection - BTW reputable place and notified them of this! They cancelled my insurance. Took some time for damage control. While, I was able to get help from American Express, I am concerned that this Destiina Holiday; this SCAM company has my personal information.

      I see that you have valid e-tickets from us and that you have already flown.
      Your return travel date is on April 28th 2023 from Prague.
      yes-- CSA travel insurance is a different merchant for amount $153.86 & balance $2367.30 (the 2nd transaction) was declined and this can happen with any merchant /airline etc.
      This does not mean we are scam, in fact you received the best deal and have already flown.

      Airfare Experts is a SCAM. They were Skybooker prior to Covid. They changed their name because so many complaints from consumers. I have $4,904 credits ********** from flights to Europe that got cancelled due to Covid. They sent me an email telling me I can use it anytime for any traveler with no expiration. I called them to use the credits for Europe flights and they said they will call me back. They asked me to booke with my credit card and and they will apply the credits toward the card. What a Scam!! I called them 2X and they are ignoring my calls. I sent 2 emails and no response. I am trying to book flights to Europe and It's been 7 days and no response from them. I am going to get an attorney to make a complaint. I will file a claim with the government too.

      Horrible company. I have tried for months to reschedule a flight that i couldn't make due to covid no one seems to be able to help me rebook my flight i have been calling and emailing for months and still no assistance. This company is a scam do no recommend to anyone

      estina Holidays and itÂ’s Alias companies continue to scam clients. The latest in their saga is that they refuse to respond to any of my attempts to get a refund or a travel voucher. They are in possession of $1100 of my money and have gone ghost, which from other reviews appears to be the norm. It is sad that these vulchers are allowed to stay in business. Their business practices are the worst IÂ’ve ever seen. They care nothing for their clients, and steal peopleÂ’s money regularly. They attempted to quiet me by sending me $277. I paid them $1432 and they provided no service whatsoever. They deceitfully requested a refund of my flight from American Airlines, after they told me that AA didnÂ’t allow refunds. Now they have my funds and refuse to return them, despite me contacting them well over 50 times without a response. When challenged regarding their bogus charges, they either play victim, which was their first resort with me, and now they just donÂ’t respond. Pure deceitfulness. I will continue to contact all possible authorities to bring their fraudulent practices to light. There is no way they should still be in business. They can expect regular reviews from me until my funds are returned as a credit voucher or refund.

      I booked a flight for my mother from *** to *** round trip with AirfareExperts. It was cancelled due to Covid in 2020 and I was told the account has a future credit (as they said she could rebook until Sept 2022). I followed their instructions for using the credit and they informed me that I had to travel during the month of Sept 2022 (how does this even make sense), using the same passenger, destination and origin - which was never communicated to me when I was told I would receive a credit way back in 2020. They told me to contact Delta directly. When I contacted Delta I was told the credit expires in December of 2023 and has no restrictions at all. The credit was issued to the company directly and Delta was unable to provide me with the credit and suggested I contact AirfareExperts to get my credit. I sent screenshots of this communication to AirfareExperts and they have completely ignored me and keep pretending like they are not receiving my emails. No one is answering the phone either. I got suspicious so I came to the BBB website and saw that this company often takes the airline credit and does not provide the credit to the passenger. Avoid using this travel agency!!! I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company in hopes of getting my money back. What a headache

      AirfareExperts cancelled our flights(Fiji air) from LAX to Sydney due to Covid pandemic in 2020 and my account has future credits (as they said we could rebook later without an expectation date). They stated that we can book new flight online but that hasn't worked. We tried many times online to Fiji air , but Fiji Air stated AirfareExperts should refund us. Until now we had no new book of flights, no refund. nothing! ( over $1680) How can we fill small claim for that? we are in California, the company in Tx?
