My Local Plumber provides exceptional, trustworthy service in the ************ area. We were faced with a major repair and had received an outside quote which seemed ridiculously high, so we sought a second opinion with My Local Plumber. Their master plumbers were able to accurately determine the true issues and quoted a repair at a fair price. *** and ****** (and their helpers) provided great care on our job and they worked very hard to get things done in a quick and timely manner. ******, **** and the office staff were very patient, caring, and communicative before and during the entire process. Being able to TRUST a business to provide not only quality work, but at a fair and valid price point, is rare in this day. We have used My Local Plumber from ************, over twenty years! They have always worked with much knowledge, skill, and integrity. They treat us like family. They take care of us! They have done much work on our 53 year old house. Drain pan replacements, shower valves, installed a tankless water heater 21 years ago and still going strong, repaired two slab leaks by rerouting hot water lines with the latest hot line pipe material, replaced a sewer line, cleared our plumbing lines from the roof, rebuilt a drain line and the drain arms, A/C condensation line, gas leaks, etc. We have had no issues after their hard work. We trust them in our home and we continue to refer them to our family and friends. Give them a call, theyll take care of it!My Local Plumber LLC

Be aware I urge you to look into this company. They are a scam. They quote $85 to come out for an inspection then they will bill you $478 for just a simple leak inspection. Extremely unprofessional and extremely high priced. The employee spent 45 minutes to an hour and he claimed he spent two hours. And never fix that issue and never sent me an estimate then he claimed there was another issue. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Very poor service and unpleasant.My Local Plumber LLC

************** called our company on July 14th at approximately 10am. ******** spoke to him and assisted him in getting scheduled that same afternoon because a **** was damaging his downstairs neighbor's property and possibly coming from his unit. She explained that there was going to be a minimum charge just to come out. We can't estimate the charges when we don't know what it will take to figure it out. We invested exactly 2 hours on this job and spoke to him on the phone the whole time we were working. His parents were also there and spoke perfectly good English and understood everything they were doing to try and fix the situation. The crew spent a very large amount of time attempting to remove stones from the drain piping and when unsuccessful told him it would be better to provide an estimate to open the wall under the kitchen sink and remove the pipe with the obstruction in it and then perform the camera inspection so that they wouldn't continue to charge him for work they thought would not solve the issue. ***** paid the bill then began a campaign to trash our company and the hardworking guys that were genuinely trying to help him. He also kept telling the public that we were scamming his elderly parents when he owns the property, not his parents and he was the one on the phone talking with the plumbers the whole time. Unfortunately, some repairs and leak detection calls are more difficult than others and it is very unusual to have large stones in your drain lines. Our employees were trying to provide the best possible service to ***** but it seems he was unhappy about it and didn't want to discuss it with us, just complain after he paid the invoice. We have been voted a Nextdoor Neighbood Favorite multiple years in a row because we do care about our customers. You just cannot make everyone happy even if you try.Review fromKyndra P
