      On January 26, 2024 I emailed ***** ************************************* to inquire on how I could withdrawal my 401k retirement as I have not worked with famsa for over a decade. I am now 68 and retiring. Another person named ********************************* sent me the forms I needed to fill out on January 30th. On that same day we filled out the forms and submitted the corrections by Feb 5th. I have sent 3 emails to confirm they received the forms and no corrections were needed. I have recieved no update or response as of today 2/23/24. Emails completely ignored. I have also called her phone and left VM and no call back. I had informed her I need surgery and need to access my money ASAP. The fact they will not even respond shows their lack of professionalism and complete disregard. I have called **** ******* twice and they are even surprised they have not recieved the forms from famsa. I do not know how else to get them to respond to me or get my money. I need my funds. It is really disappointing such a large corporation would have such employees.

      I have the following situation with the company called FAMSA( *****).I bought a laptop model 81WA00Q7U .14" ****** IDEAPAD FHD LAPTOP.Date I bought the computer 9/02/2023 in with I use it just few times and after one day I wanted to turn on the screen just showed black ,unable to access the system.I called at the company and they transferred to the supervisor and she told me to call at the company offering the quality name **** care protection so I called at phone # ************ and the told me will send a technician for the diagnostic to wait for his call on the next 2 days ,but never received the call , I contacted the supervisor for ***** and she mentioned that she will help me to resolve ,but nothing happened I fell she was just playing with me .I called the company again for the guaranty on November 2da,3er,4th,7th,8th,9 but always I call they mentioned the same about technician will call me ,but never received the call .I contacted the supervisor ******** from ***** store mentioned again she will help me and will care them so the provide the service since my computer have 2 years of guaranty, but she was just pretending since I never received any service.After mention will take the case to the general manager,but anything happens,did not receive any call or anything resolution.After I continue to send her a text message at her phone since she gave it to me and told me to write her ,but she ignored me all this last week ,just don't answer me and call and don't answer the phone.I had made 2 payments on the Sep 20th and Oct 20th.Can please help me since I pay the guaranty and they are only planning games on me .

      My credit report contains a false FAMSA discrepancy that needs to be removed. I sent them letters demonstrating errors on my credit report, and I have receipt numbers **** **** **** **** **** 04. I wrote them a letter on 09-18-2023, but I never heard back, and this account is harming my credit rating. If they don't reply, I'll launch a lawsuit.

      FAMSA INC , account # ************* According to the **** The term "investigative consumer report" means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information.They stated my account were verified but how is that possible if they did not do a proper investigation according to the law. Also every piece of information on these accounts are still not reporting 100% Accurate.And according to the **** 15 USC **** everything has to be 100% Accurate.

      I bought this fridge from famsa in 2020 and I had 2 years of warranty on it. The warranty is about to expire and we've had multiple problems with the fridge. The ice maker broke and as a result, the sides of the freezer cracked. There is constant water dripping from under the fridge as well. The fridge itself stops refrigerating the food on occasion. We've had 3 different workers come to fix the fridge and they haven't fixed any of the problems correctly. I am asking to have the warranty extended until the fridge is working 100% thoroughly.
