      I am rejecting this response because: I contacted A4C by phone several times at ************ before making the complaint.s.I contacted ***** for a repair but was informed that they no longer have parts for this device. I then contacted ******, who informed me that I needed to resolve any issue through A4C as they are the third-party company and everything should go through them.On this device, I have spent the following:Activation through ***** $30 iPad case: $30 iPad screen protector: $25 Reimbursement for the software that was downloaded: $99 Total: $184 I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as the device is clearly not as described and has caused significant inconvenience. I am requesting a refund plus the money that I've spent. I can return the item but need the money for expenses reimbursed.

      Unfortunately in this case we were never made aware of any issue that the customer has had. Our records through ****** do not show of there being any issues. The customer has been refunded according to ****** and still has the product. The item was purchased 7/18/24 and is now outside of our 90 warranty. We do not have a way to contact the customer through ****** either to send a return label. We are always happy to assist a customer with any product defects but unfortunately in this case we were never made aware of any issue.

      Bought Dr Dre Beats and paid almost $200. Within 4 months they snapped in half when my 19 yr old son was simply taking them off his head. They were not dropped, mishandled or anything. Notified AC online and within minutes they responded that my purchase was over 90 days. Can't help you. They sold a faulty product and will not offer any solution or resolution.

      This item was purchased from our ****** store under a Renewed Listing. Renewed or Certified Refurbished items are covered with a 90 day warranty. Our warranty policy and ********* 90 day warranty policy is stated in the listing which I have attached. This order was placed on April 14, 2022.
      The 90 day warranty expired July 15, 2022. The customers first contact with us was September 29th, 2022. We are not able to issue a refund for items that are passed *** 90 day warranty period.

      I have attached the written policies as a separate document.
