    Entered by BBB staff DC. Consumer states reached out to one of their techs over the phone for new wheels on June 15, 2022. They stated they wanted 50% down which was $2450.00 which the consumer paid June 24, 2022. The total invoice was $4900.00. On August 4 you spoke with the tech and inquired on what's going on. He told the consumer he would get back to him via text. Tried calling numerous times to get a response and got no response. Called the manufacturer and was told the tech no longer works there. Consumer never received his wheels.

    Thank you for your assistance. 

    We do not accept this complaint. The customer calls us for checking the status of the order. We ask him about the order number and he doesn't be available to provide it. We check it on our system and he sends us the invoice the salesman give to him and it was different from the ones we make. We tell him how he sends the deposit and he says he cash app to the sales guy. 

    We do not receive any payment from him. We advise him never to send private information to a person and try to go ************* to the business in this case call direct to our manufacturer.
